1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever comes first. Once an order is shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly misrepresented products may qualify for a return, replacement, or refund. Please report the issue within 72 hours of delivery.
3. Return Conditions
Eligible physical products must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
4. Non-Returnable Products
Customized, personalized, perishable, hygiene-sensitive, opened consumable, and products specifically marked non-returnable may not qualify for return or refund.
5. Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted unless the individual product listing specifically offers a return or exchange option.
6. Digital Products & Downloads
Digital products, downloads, e-books, templates, and digital resources are generally non-refundable once downloaded, accessed, or delivered, except in cases of technical defects, incorrect delivery, or where required by law.
7. SaaS & Subscriptions
Cancelling a SaaS subscription generally prevents future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Product-specific subscription terms may apply.
8. Services & Consulting
Refund eligibility for services depends on whether the service has commenced, resources have been allocated, or deliverables have been provided. The applicable service terms will govern.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally initiated within 7 business days after the return is received and, where applicable, successfully inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
