Welcome to TGC Labels – The Green Collectors Sustainable Marketplace™. These Terms of Service govern your use of www.tgclabels.com, including our marketplace, products, services, digital downloads, and SaaS solutions.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our applicable policies.
1. About TGC Labels
TGC Labels is a sustainability-focused marketplace connecting customers with eco-friendly products, sustainable services, digital solutions, SaaS applications, artisans, MSMEs, brands, and purpose-led businesses.
2. Marketplace Model
TGC Labels may feature independent Sellers and service providers. Sellers are generally responsible for their products, services, descriptions, quality, fulfilment, warranties, and applicable claims.
TGC Labels may facilitate transactions, communication, payments, delivery, and customer support.
3. Sustainability Information
We aim to present sustainability information transparently across products and services, including materials, sourcing, production, longevity, circularity, packaging, and end-of-life considerations.
Unless specifically stated as independently verified or certified, sustainability information should not be interpreted as certification by TGC Labels.
4. User Accounts
Certain features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
You must not use another person’s account, create fraudulent accounts, or use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
5. Products, Services & Digital Solutions
The Platform may offer physical products, consulting and sustainability services, digital downloads, e-books, templates, courses, SaaS applications, subscriptions, and other digital solutions.
Product-specific terms may apply to individual offerings.
6. Pricing & Payments
Prices and availability may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information but may correct technical, typographical, pricing, or inventory errors.
Available payment methods may include cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, COD, and other approved payment options.
7. Orders & Cancellation
Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.
Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order or before dispatch, whichever occurs earlier. Orders already processed for dispatch may not be cancellable.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
Different conditions may apply to physical products, customized products, digital downloads, SaaS subscriptions, and professional services.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
As a multi-vendor marketplace, products from different Sellers may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. Delivery estimates may vary depending on Seller processing, location, courier availability, and other circumstances.
10. Digital Products & SaaS
Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded, accessed, or activated, except where otherwise stated or required by law.
For SaaS and subscriptions, cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless the applicable subscription terms provide otherwise.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Break applicable laws.
Provide false or misleading information.
Commit fraud or misuse the Platform.
Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Upload harmful or unlawful content.
Attempt unauthorized access.
Distribute malware.
Scrape or commercially exploit Platform data without permission.
Interfere with Platform security or functionality.
12. Reviews & User Content
Reviews and user-generated content must be genuine, lawful, respectful, and relevant.
TGC Labels may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
By submitting content, you grant TGC Labels permission to use it for legitimate Platform, educational, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
TGC Labels’ logos, branding, website design, text, graphics, software, sustainability frameworks, methodologies, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our proprietary content without permission.
Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Privacy, Liability & Account Termination
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable measures to operate a secure and reliable Platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
TGC Labels may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, TGC Labels is not responsible for indirect losses arising from third-party Sellers, services, delivery delays, or events outside our reasonable control.
15. Governing Law, Updates & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date.
